Must have for the 11-32 cassette

I have a lot of hills on my commute and rides. Normally you don't need that 32-tooth cog, but when you do you really do.You need this derailer to work for the 11-32.'Downgraded' from a SRAM Rival derailer from the previous year. This one was identical (except longer-cage), and a few bits were more solid metal instead of flimsier looking plastic.Mostly clean and crisp shifting even when dirty, rarely do I need to tweak anything.

Life Saver

Life Saver! Or should I say leg saver. I did a mega endurance event called the climb to kaiser this year, 155 miles ~14000 ft of climbing. I don't think I could have finished without Apex. I didn't want the hassle of changing out my crankset to a compact. I bought the med cage derailleur and the 11-32 cassette. Installation was a breeze and the low gear ratio was awesome when the grades got steep. I definitely recommend.

Solid Shifting with Wide Range

I use this rear with Force levers and a SRAM 11-32 10 speed cassette. SRAM is solid, and the shifting is bang-on. I moved to SRAM on my road bike from Shimano 105 so I could get a 32T low versus the 105's 28. This really extended my comfort on very hilly rides. Note that placing the rear wheel is a bit more difficult than with short cage derailleurs, but once you get the hang of it, it goes on easier.

Downhill grip without the downhill weight

I've owned a few Minions before. This tire is replacing a 2.35" DHF 60a single-ply AM tire that I use for riding trails, which is moving to the rear wheel, replacing a 2.35" DHR 60a with a hole worn through the single-ply sidewall. I also use a 2.7" DHF 42a double-ply DH tire on the front of the same bike (Giant Reign X) when downhilling. This 2.5" DHF 3C Exo tire lands squarely in between the two in many ways, and captures the best attributes of both tires.Admittedly, I'm basing this opinion on a day's trail riding use, so I can't comment on how the tread will hold up or it's flat resistance. What I do know is that this tire provides the grip and suppleness of a downhill tire without feeling heavy, wallowing and overly stiff. This tire can be run at a lower pressure (I ran it at 30 psi for trails!), but still has good rolling resistance because of the stiffened sidewalls and hard base compound. The 3C compound has unreal grip when considering the low weight and good rolling resistance for a tire this size, and yields predictably when you really lean into it (and you can REALLY lean into it, Minions are renowned for this).The drawback of a tire like this is, of course, the cost. I bought a pair of Schwalbe Muddy Mary DH tires for twenty bucks less than this one tire alone. This tire is almost too expensive for me to put through the abuse of downhill, I'll keep riding it on trails and it should last for quite a while.It was the sidewalls on my outgoing Minion that gave up before the tread, hopefully the EXO sidewalls will solve that issue!

Good Value Classic Look

So difficult to find a pre-made all silver wheel these days. This one is well made and the 105 hub is polished adding to the classic chrome look. Clearly not the lightest wheel out there. I am using it on a commuter bike and my priority is durability.

Mountain bike rear wheel

Wanted to upgrade my bike to disc brakes in the rear and this was my best choice in a wheel. I received the wheel in 3 days with super saver shipping and I was blown away with the quality of the wheel. Buy this wheel if you are on the market, you will not be disappointed. I will probably buy the front matching wheel in the future.

Good value but had to make adjustments

I haven't ridden on the wheel yet but I want to point out a few things first and I will update my review later down the road.The wheel looks great and appears to be a good value. What I noticed right away when I spun the wheel on the axle was noticeable friction - The wheel should spin smoothly on the axle. Upon removing the cones, I also noticed they were too dry. I applied extra bearing grease and reset the locknuts.There are two things that are not mentioned on the item description but should be - the wheel is drilled for a Shrader valve and you will need to purchase 10mm rim tape.

Good Wheel for cheap.

I am using this wheel with a 26x2.4 tire @ 40 psi max. It's being used on a Fuji hard tail bottom bracket drive E-bike for single track off roading. I wasn't expecting much when I ordered it, but was quite surprised when I received it. It was balanced and didn't need any tweaking. Rode the trails hard a few times and no bends. Installed a 160mm disk brake and 8 speed Shimano CS-HG50 cassette.

Kuat Beta Bike Rack

The Kuat Bike Rack is the best bike rack I have ever used. Light weight (I have a bad back), and east to use. The bike does not wobble with the 4 strap attachment system, the mount rotates 360 degrees so the bike can be mounted right or left, and the rack doesn't wobble in the hitch because of the cam tightener. I would recommend this rack to anyone.

Light weight and tough!

After doing a fair amount of research, I went with the Kuat Beta rack because it is significantly lighter than anything else on the market. My wife will want to use this on her own, so the light weight makes it easy enough to handle - unlike the steel racks that weigh twice as much.I was impressed right away by the finish quality. Install on the car was slick and securing the bike was simple and effective. The best part - when I got home it was a snap to whip the rack off and hang it away without the usual wrestling match.I was worried that the light weight would equal a "cheap" feel and lack of durability. The rack actually feels just as "beefy" as steel racks - the welds look very clean and this thing seems like it should hold up for years and years...

Superb Product

This rack is brilliantly engineered and the manufacturing is top quality. If you are looking for a two-bike rack look no further. The anti-sway feature is worth the extra money. This is my first bike rack and I have nothing to compare it to, but I cannot think of how it could be inferior to any other similar product. I suggest buying a locking hitch pin to protect your investment.

perfect travel chair

I am not a backpacker/outdoorsy type, but bought this Alite Monarch chair b/c I wanted something light and packable for my travels. I had looked at some others, even thought about buying a Crazy Creek one, but decided on this one b/c of it's packing size, eventhough it costs almost twice the price (mine was $60). When packed away in its carry bag, it's the size of a wine bottle (slightly wider) and wieghs almost nothing! It took me only 2 minutes to assemble it the first time and even faster now. The design is ingenious, and construction seems very sturdy. It claims a load of 250lbs, I don't weigh near that so cannot confirm this claim, but I don't feel any fear of it breaking holding my weight. The chair is designed so that your legs replace the chair's legs. So, u basically balance yourself on the 2 rubber-like balls to your comfort height/level. I find it doesn't tire my legs out as much. The seat material is very durable, all 4 corners have reinforced padding and are double stitched, so sitting in it is rather comfy and easy. I have yet to test it outdoors, but use it extensively in my room to play Playstation and read, and expect it to do fine when I do get back out to travel again. I expect it to last for a long time.So overall, I'd highly recommend this to anyone who wants a portable/travel chair. Be prepared to pay more, but I believe it will be worth it.

Light weight comfort

If you're going for light weight and comfort, this isn't a bad way to go.Two legs seemed daunting at first but after a couple minutes of sitting in it I figured out exactly how to get myself "just so."Assembles/disassembles really easily and quickly. All in all, a great design.

Perfect

I've taken this on a few backpacking trips - very lightweight, and GREAT to have some back support after a long day. Having only 2 legs seems like a bit of a disadvantage, but you learn how to sit in it, and it's wildly comfortable.This is the chair I will break out at house parties when we don't have enough seating.
