Love!
By Lisa
I love my double ovens! I like just heating the top one if I'm just doing a small meal. I like have the option of different temperatures for cooking large meals. I love having 4 racks to cook cookies on. I can do a double batch with one oven trip! With regards to the top. I bought the 5 burner. I have had occasion to use all 5 burners, just be careful of your pot handles! Also, the covering on the oven selections does not hold up well to the heat. I've had this for a year and it is wrinkling. And yes, I took the plastic shipping covering off. Next, under the grates. Take some advice and coat the top with some motor wax before you use it. Perhaps boil overs will not ruin the finish then! The oven does heat quickly and the quick boil burners do work great! Also, keep an eye on whatever you cook in the top oven. It tends to burn easily.

Beware F11 error
By Jessica Luna
I've had this oven for almost a year and half. Overall, I've been pretty happy with it. My main complaint until now has been the oven racks (they are ridiculously difficult to slide in and out -- to the point where I don't even bother trying to do it anymore). But that issue is small compared the the problem we started having with it a couple of weeks ago when the oven suddenly started turning itself off in the middle of use (and if both ovens were in use, they'd both shut off). Sometimes it would start beeping randomly afterward. There was no clear pattern to when it would turn off and when it would work fine. Last night, it turned itself off while baking and then began flashing "f11 error" and beeping nonstop for 10-15 minutes (the time it took for me to pull the oven out and unplug it). Apparently, the F11 error means a button is stuck and the oven thinks it's being constantly pressed. The solution to this is to replace the control panel. This seems to be a common problem with this brand and series of ovens. I'm guessing that this type of issue may be pretty common with appliances with electronic controls in general, but it's disappointing that we couldn't even go two years with this product before having to repair it.
