They work alright

900 miles so far. They were relatively easy to install. The brakes work well from the hoods as well as from the drops. The rear shifter was no problem to get adjusted so that it worked perfectly. I never could get the front shifter to shift smoothly.

TERRIFIC buy for these two filters

I have a background in air filtration and these filters are well made.They fit my adapter piece in the furnace.Rest easy with quality and ease of installation.I think this is the first time replacement filters are the correct size.I'll buy these again. These cost $54. I just replaced a filter and I have one waiting. I hope these are still available to purchase when the time comes....around 1 1/2 years to maybe two...AND I have three cats so there is fur eerywhere...Filters cat fur well :)Tom

Great idea, comfortable, light, but horrible build quality.

I'm 6'1 and 205 lbs. I really enjoyed the few minutes I had with this chair, but it broke on my very first hike.I sat on it 3 times before the total malfunction. As I was sitting on the chair on hard packed dirt, I noticed that I was slowly starting to lean to the right (it normally goes only forward and backward). I got up and looked at it, and sure enough: one of the poles had a 2 inch "tear" in it where it fits over a peg, so it would no longer fit on the peg. Needless to say I was chairless and unhappy about it for nearly my entire outing as it broke on the first day.I bought it for $70 at a shop in Redding, CA and ended up only getting $60 dollars back. I don't blame Alite for the $10 difference ('stocking fee' or some such...I won't shop at that store again).My friend also bought one at the same exact time. He is about 5'10 and 235 lbs. His worked fine the entire trip, in the same area I was sitting, and he is happy with it.

Perfect light weight chair.

This is the real deal collapsible chair.. SUPER light weight, SUPER compact. I will be using this chair for back packing, sporting events, any camp trip, or sitting in the yard enjoying a book. I am 6'3, 220 lbs and this chair is supports me no problem and feels like a nice lounge chair.

Filters at a reasonable price, mailed to your door

I replaced the accordian type filters with these sturdy boxed filters for easy replacement. I think they work slightly better as well, but I can't be certain. If you ever replaced the original filters, that needed to be fed through plastic teeth.

Superior customer service!

Due to my own measurement error, I could not use these filters which appear to be very high in quality. They were delivered in a timely manner in great protective packaging. A live customer representative actually phoned me to resolve my return shipping problem (large box, odd size for 6 filters, expensive to return).
