Pretty good

The Medium/Large size fits me well - I am an adult, size 13 in pants and a 36C bust - could certainly fit another size up or two for the bust, but not too much bigger in the hips, (although it is pretty stretchy). The collar is a bit more "Spaceman" than Egyptian (as you can see in the photo). The arm 'snake' is just a piece of cloth covered wire - I had to glue one of the snake eyes back on and had to add a red ribbon to make the exposed wire end look more like a tongue. The headpiece is really for a kids-sized head - it fits, but the hair combs at the rear of the headband don't stretch behind my ears.
