Good wheel for money

It looks like a good wheel.However after first 2-3 rides (less than 100 miles total) wheel became out of true (2-3 mm).I made wheel true again. Will see...

This wheel was received in a timely manner and required no tweaking to get it true. The only improvement in this product would be an option for "black" rims as opposed to just the silver. So far, so good.
